Before writing fiction, Justice Joy practiced law because, frankly, with a name like hers, she just had to try it. After almost a decade of working as a state assistant attorney general, she decided to take a break and pen her first historical romance.
She currently lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Richard, who is also a writer, and their two illiterate cats.
